Small Car Company is creating next generation jobs in the growing sector of automotive technology and 

restoration. 

We offer mentoring to young people in under-served areas, with a direction towards employment, 

apprenticeship and scholarship.

In 2020 the Mentors & Motors™ program was launched, emphasizing personal growth and job opportunities through our events and networking initiatives.  In 2023 The Small Car Company became a 501(c) (3), and began raising funding for:

  Transportation to M&Ms programs, and apprenticeship opportunities 

  Six-month Salary Underwriting for Independent Shops, enabling hiring and paying young people

  Employment opportunities and exposure for students 

  Training and education through our WorkForce program currently under development 

In 2025 planning began for next stage education through our WorkForce program.  A functioning school that will inspire, educate and help secure employment for young people in under-served communities, and veterans.  The program will serve those with a desire to be a part of the upcoming technology, and or vintage restoration work force.
